What’s your most memorable experience at PRC Caterers?

The time that we did an event at 24 Sussex Drive in Ottawa for the Prime Minister. It was a lot of fun to drive the company truck up to Ottawa.

Taking care of my rabbit and garden.

What did you do before joining PRC?

Butcher of Perls Meat

Why did you go into the food/hospitality centre?

When I came to Canada, I got a job at Perl's as a butcher. After Perls Meat closed down, I went to work for Mr. Perl's grandson. From one generation to the next!

What’s your favourite thing about working at PRC Caterers?

Everyday there is a new challenge
